C-Hotels Diplomat - Florence

The place was overall clean with a professional and extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. Nearby a tram stop, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, near the railwaystation. Also, it had easy access to an indoor market hall.

We had a real good time in this boutique hotel in Florence. We loved rooms with a good bathroom. The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations...

Perfect for rail travelers, directly at the station. We came by night train and were able to leave our luggage very early at the reception or pick it up late. Excellent breakfast buffet with a large selection of hearty and sweet, hot and cold food and drinks. Quiet and clean.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean! Very competent and friendly staff! The breakfast was the hit! And all this at an unbeatable price! Great!

The incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the room was very clean and comfortable and quiet, the location was great too. Breakfast was also very good. Consistently a very good hotel I would book it again at any time or recommend it.

Only staff, they were trying to be helpfull as they could. Plus buffet breakfest was good. Thats all.

Smell in the rooms - we were changing it twice, old dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds, outdated equipment, especially in the bathroom, acient hairdryer, toilet flashes after minutes and you need to push the button for all that time, we seen other rooms in this hotel non of it looks like on the pictures. Not worth the money and 4 stars they have, avoid if you look for a decent level hotel. Plus there were some works going on in the hotel, heavy builders noise from 8am. The same from outside of our window. No luggage storage, they keep it next to the reception accessible to everybody who walks in. Not safe at all. Avoid at all cost, not worth the money at all. Big disappointment.

The hotel was not 4 stars more like 3. Exterior and Entrance not very poor.

I stayed in old building. I advice for new building

The location at the train station was perfect for travelling to and from Milan and for exploring the city.

Unfortunately no guest was interested in the actually nice bar on the ground floor and therefore the area was deserted and you had to ask if you wanted to drink something there.

Air condisioning didn't work. Very noisy!

1. Hotel location very closed to train station, 2. Accessible to others transportations in the city. 3. Walking distant to shopping districts.

The worse hotel of our trip to Europe by far!!! Don't let the photos mislead you. The hotel is very old and smell really bad!!!!
